The Harry Potter author urges others to get help for depression.
Speaking to an Edinburgh University student magazine, author JK ROWLING said she had thoughts of suicide after separating from her first husband in her 20s, the BBC reports.

"I definitely had leanings towards depression from quite an early age," she added. "Then, mid-20s, life circumstances were poor and I really plummeted."
